| Families that have and are still going through this traumatic experience require support and someone who will listen. Out-Mate offers assistance to families of those incarcerated through counseling and support groups. This program is also designed to assist those released from prison with developing positive internal character and external behavioral traits crucial to the individuals ability to overcome obstacles. The guidance and instruction provided through Out-Mate will illustrate the importance of making positive personal choices in order to motivate personal responsibility and committment. As a result avoiding situations that could cause re-incarceration. Greater is He Ministries (GHM) continues to partner with community organizations able to provide assistance to individuals released from prison with employment, housing and healthcare. Our goal at GHM is to bring healing and deliverance to the men and women being released from prison and their families by providing supportive services that will help improve their quality of life and increase the possibility of becoming productive citizens. |
